Tales of Transformation, A Compilation of articles by the Recipients of Honourable Chief Minister’s Merit Scholarship Scheme (HCMMSS) was launched by the Honourable Chief Minister Shri Pawan Chamling on 21st January 2018 during the inauguration ceremony of NE Youth Festival 2019 at Dentam, West Sikkim.
The Book published by Wandering Souls of Sikkim comprises of 20 articles contributed by the recipients of HCMMSS narrating their tales of transformations after being selected under the Scheme. WSOS Co- Founder Pranay Khatiwara has compiled & edited the articles.
HCMMSS is a visionary scheme envisioned by the Sikkim Chief Minister Shri Pawan Chamling to provide an opportunity of studying in reputed boarding schools, to the talented students completing their primary level schooling from government schools in Sikkim.
“These articles are an expression of happiness and joy shared by the meritorious students and are a testimony of how a scheme conceived with a noble vision can transform dreams into reality. Wandering Souls of Sikkim is pleased to bring forth these stories. We have published twenty articles in this edition. It will be our endeavour to bring out more in the future”, said Pranay Khatiwara.
