Wandering Souls of Sikkim in collaboration with the Quiz Society of Rajdhani College conducted “IKNOW-THE NORTHEAST QUIZ”, a first of its kind event at Rajdhani College, University of Delhi, New Delhi on 28th February 2020.
The event was graced by Dr Rajesh Giri,Principal of Rajdhani College as the Chief Guest. It was conducted with an objective of bringing Northeast India closer to Delhi and the rest of India.
More than 50 teams from different colleges of University of Delhi,and Jamia Milia Islamia University took part in this event.
Albert Gurung,a student of 1st year BA Honours History,studying at Rajdhani College and a member of Wandering Souls of Sikkim was the host of the event.
Three other members of WSOS Sagar Neopaney of Shivaji College, Nawraj Gurung of Rajdhani College and Dinesh Siktel from PGDAV College were also a part of the organising team. A team from Jamia Millia Islamia University took the first prize.
Chief Guest, Dr.Giri in his address thanked and congratulated the entire organising team, with a special appreciation for Wandering Souls of Sikkim for conducting such events.
It was the first event for team WSOS outside Sikkim. We are specially grateful towards the entire Rajdhani College fraternity for the collaboration.
